As an Interior Designer and Professional Color Consultant , you get the best of both worlds. I understand that good design comes from the unification of many things. I dedicate myself to sustainable practices and strive to integrate them into every design. I am committed to your comfort and health throughout all stages of the design process. I am passionate about helping you recognize the uniqueness of your space. Once we have collaboratively identified your personal style, we begin by introducing a palate of beautiful colors, layers of texture, well-placed lighting, and exemplary cohesion! COZY CORNER
Time to Relax
This is a phase from a larger scale project. We were thrilled with the opportunity to transform a very common 1970's home interior ( often considered, "The decade that taste forgot" ) With the addition of beautiful paneling, over what were once over textured walls , we added a sense of comfort and sophistication. A dramatic color scheme adds depth and interest to the space. ( here we used Benjamin Moore's Kendall Charcoal for the upper walls, and Cloud Cover for the lower paneled section)
SOPHISTICATED ARCADIAN BATHROOM
Refined and Rustic
This is a great representation of sophisticated style with strong rustic elements implemented into the design. The variety of textures pair well with the simplistic nature of the overall appearance. The modern concrete basin couples perfectly with the sleek chrome faucet, while the natural wood surfaces add warmth to the space. The addition of an elegant chrome framed mirror as well as other modern accessories would complete the look, achieving that sophisticated Arcadian style.
INVITING ENTRY WAY
Elegant and Modern
This design was such an enjoyable process. While an entryway is such a small part of the grandeur of a home, it is the very first impression made. This entry felt small and confined, so we added the paneling with a contrasting color palette, an entryway bench and hooks. The warm wood tones, and white washed brickwork, add layers of texture and visual appeal! The end results left a dramatic and more amplified space!
SMALL SCALE BATHROOM UPGRADE
Spacious, Subtle Hues, and Sustainable
This was a very gratifying upgrade. We took a somber, outdated bathroom and updated it, bringing in light, layers of texture, and a subtle color palette. We were elated when asked to incorporate remnants of the clients personal pieces into the overall concept! (hint: it's the main vanity structure) ( check out my Blog for the real scoop, it's pretty crazy cool! )
CHIC WINE CABINET
Chic And Sophisticated
I dressed up this space with a sleek, sophisticated Wine Cabinet! The owners had a small wall space that needed something Chic to compliment this space, yet soften its formality. This was a client piece, that once served as an old music cabinet.( It had seen better days, with the front missing, and the basic structure falling apart) It now serves well as a wine storage cabinet, and adds visual appeal to what was once a dull, blank wall space! Another piece re-imagined into something new!
